Overview

Composite incineration disposal extracts inorganic matters from the wastes by mechanical and manual means, and reserves organic matters for composting and separately incinerates the inorganic matters. The composite disposal represents the principle of "Harmless, Volume Reduction, Resource Orientation"to the most extent and has rapidly developed into...

Structural Features & Main Parameters

The incinerator adopts vertical column structure and automatic distribution, and its furnace body is designed as two types --- water cooling wall and refractory mortar to accommodate the incineration of low calorific wastes and require no combustion supporter. The incinerator is equipped with dual air intake ducts and materials in the incinerator need not be manually...

Main Technological Characteristics of City Living Waste Incineration Plant

Requirements for City Living Waste: moisture content¡Ü40%, low calorific value>4180KJ/kg, ash content¡Ü25%. After the preprocesses including fermentation, sorting and de-ironing, living wastes are directly sent to incinerator for combustion in compliance with GB18485-2001 living waste incineration & pollution control standard.
